The plan is to arrive coastal city of Norway, Arendal about three to four weeks, writes Vårt Land. But it depends on weather conditions, so there may be delays, says the Dutch entrepreneur, artist and television producer Aad Peters to the newspaper.
The ark is 70 meters long, 10 meters wide and 13 meters tall. The boat is currently in Aalborg. But since it is dependent on tugs and needs about 30 hours to cross the Skagerrak, in addition to that it cannot withstand rough seas or big waves, the exact arrival date has not been determined yet. The plan is that the boat will be docked at Langbrygga sentralt in Arendal in mid-August.
