Oslo’s Secrets to Be Revealed

Oslo Open House offers a unique opportunity to delve beneath the surface of the most interesting and diverse architecture in Oslo and Akershus. For the rest of the year these buildings and gardens are hidden, only to be enjoyed by their lucky owners and residents, but this weekend around 100 buildings, private homes, and gardens will be open to the public.

In collaboration with Oslo Architecture Triennale, many of the participating buildings and areas will focus on sustainability. These properties are marked in the Oslo Åpne Hus guide with specialist tour guides. All the locations in the guide are described in detail making it easy to plan your visits by theme or geography. You could also choose one of the free guided tours around the city arranged by Oslo Åpne Hus.

Oslo Åpne Hus is arranged by Oslo Association of Architects, Norwegian Associtation of Interior and Furniture Designers, Norwegian Associations of Landscape Architects and Statsbygg.
