Norwegian telecommunication companies expect a huge influx during Bieber’s visit to Oslo beween 16 and 17 April, writes Aftenposten. Both Telenor and NetCom warns that it may be difficult to make calls, send text messages and post photos on Instagram during the Bieber concerts next week. The companies ask people to be prepared for possible breakdowns even though they have stretched their capacity as far as possible.
Many parents may want to reach their children by phone during and after the Bieber concerts. Organizers urge parents to take responsibility for the safety of their children during the teenage supertar’s visit to Norway.
– Now we expect audience of 11-12-years of age, and these are children with no experience of being in such crowds. It is important that parents set up and guide children so that they get the best possible experience, writes the organizers on their webpage.
