Norway Returns to the Second Place at Winter Olympics 2014

Norwegian Emil Hegle Svendsen has managed to win the mass start of biathlon, finishing with zero fault after shooting. He was leading after second shooting pursuing by French Martin Fourcade, Ondrej Moravec from Czech republic, and two Russian biathlonists. The final result was determined by photo finish, where Norwegian has been a little better than Fourcade.

The race should be started on Sunday but due to bad weather conditions the start has been shifted several times.

Later on a big competition took place at Nordic Combined, where Jørgen Gråbak and Magnus Hovdal Moen, both from Norway, have shown phenomenal results at Individual Gundersen making them win golden and silver medals in total competition.

After Day 11 at Winter Olympics, Norway is keeping the second place having 6 golden, 4 silver, and 7 bronze medals.
