Norwegian Team Regains Leadership in Winter Olympic Games

Today Norwegian national team have managed to win in traditionally Nordic sport – cross country skiing having put 2 golden and one silver medals, and one silver for biathlon.

In Cross-Country Skiing, Ladies‚Äô Sprint Free Finals, Maiken Caspersen Falla became Olympic champion following by Ingvild Flugstad √ėsterberg who won the silver medal, while in the same field but for men, Ola Vigen Hattestad had overtaken two swedish skiers, winning the first Olympic golden medal in his career.

In Ladies Biathlon, Olympic champion in Vancouver Tora Berger has won silver medal in Pursuit, passing the first place to Darya Domracheva from Belarus.

These achievements brought Norway to the first place having 4 golden, 3 silver and 4 bronze medals in total.
