Norway Dominates Tour de Ski

Petter Northug of Norway has won his first competition of the season during the 6th stage of the Veissmann FIS Tour de Ski performance. 

Another Norwegian Martin Johnsrud Sundby crossed second, 9.7 seconds behind Northug, and Chris Jespersen, yet another Norwegian, came in third place.

Norwegian skiers also dominated the women’s race, with two-time runner-up Therese Johaug winning a 5K classical stage to cut into the lead of countrywoman Astrid Uhrenholdt Jacobsen.
