Follo being the suprise team this year was losing 0-1 against Songdal in the quarterfinal but managed to turn the game and won 3-1. They will be meeting Rosenborg in semifinals, who eliminated Start 4-3 in an exiting game. Start suprised by taking the lead at the 5th minute and increasing the score 4 minutes later, but Rosenborg got back into the game and became the celebrating side after the final whistle.
In the other semifinal Strømsgodset will meet Odd Grenland to decide which team will be playing the final game at Ullevål Stadion. Strømsgodset reaching the semifinals for the 7th time has never lost in a semifinal game before. Odd Grenland and Strømsgodset met last time during the 18 week in Tippeligaen. Odd Grenland won that game 2-0.
Semifinals will be played 22nd and 23rd September while the final is on 14th November.
