The prince also met with Norwegian Minister of Foreign Affairs Jonas Gahr Store.The meeting with Store featured the peace process in the Middle East. One of the purposes of the visit is to strengthen relations between Saudi Arabia and Norway. The prince also attended a dinner hosted by Norway’s Minister of Research and Higher Education Tora Aasland. During the meeting, the minister expressed her wish to send students from her country to the King Abdullah University for Science and Technology and also welcomed the prospect of Saudi students studying in Norway.
