All Schools in Oslo Will Have Security System against Terror Attacks

Until 2017, all primary schools in Oslo will get a warning a system against school attacks, writes VG. 

Neither educators nor security experts talking to VG believe that it is possible to secure a school against attacks and school shooting. But they believe prevention and preparedness can be developed with the ne system. 

The emasures have already started a discussion on the dilemma between accessibility and openness versus more security and closedness in Norwegian society.
