The bar on west side of Oslo was taken in discrimination test performed by the City of Oslo twice in the past two years, NRK reported.
The first time was in 2013 when three people with different ethnicities were rejected, and a year later the same thing happened. Then the municipality ruled to suspend working licence of the bar for one week.
It is the first time a work place loses its license on the basis of discrimination, and governing Mayor of Oslo, Stian Berger Røsland said that the Municipality of Oslo looks at the case as a matter of principle.
– It is a violation of the Alcohol Act and discrimination provisions, and of course not acceptable, he said to NRK.
