This special house on the desolate island has its own private beach and it is for sale for only one Norwegian kroner. But the sale comes with one condition – the person who would buy it must agree to renovate the house.
The property, on the Norwegian island of Buøya, , just outside Gjerøy on Rødøy, has been empty since the 1970s. It is currently in the hands of the Norwegian architect Kent Karlsen.
He didn’t want it to simply be sold to someone else who would neglect it, and as a result put it up for sale for a bargain price.
House on uninhabited island with its own private beach was so popular after the international media’s coverage, he had to delete the announcement.
