A collaboration with the United Kingdom is the quickest way to help increase processing capacity in West Africa, says Health and Human Services Minister Bent Høie.
Høie further thanked over 300 Norwegian health care professionals who have so far expressed interest in combating Ebola epidemic.
Norwegian authorities have prepared a Hercules aircraft to use for evacuation of the Norwegian healthcare personnels. In addition, Norway has entered into an agreement with Phoenix Air Group on repatriation of Norwegian citizens.
