It should be safe to take the bus in Norway, says Prime Minister Erna Solberg to NRK after the killings of three people on Valdresekspressen on Monday night.
– Unfortunately, we see that it is not, and we have to go through the reasons and the ways to increase safety in Norway, she says.
Solberg also reminded that it took one hour and 14 minutes before the first police patrol arrived at the hijacked bus in Årdal.
– Response time is one of the major discussions we will have to take when we go through a new police reform, said the Prime Minister.
She also added that they will bring up an action plan for mental health problems in reception centers.
