Rainfall of between 20 and 40 millimeters is expected on Monday from Swedish border to Mandal on Monday night.
– It seems that especially Agder, Telemark and areas in south of Oslo will be most exposed to a low pressure coming Monday afternoon, said meteorologist Per Egil Haga to VG.
Haga also noted that the water level on the coastal area is also expected to be between 40 and 70 centimeters higher and so warned the drivers to be careful against heavy rain and water level.
– Low pressure system moves pretty quickly, and we expext a better weather on Tuesday, says Haga.
