On sunday, a number of cities and towns in eastern Norway were hit by storm and flood after heavy rains swept across the region.
In Oslo, 9.5 mm of rain fell in an hour, while Beitostølen received more than 21 mm in one hour, according to the Meteorological Institute.
In the capital, many streets and roads were flooded. Karl Johans, Grunerløkka, Grønland and Oslo’s main train station were completely affected by the rain.
Also, Oslo Fire and Rescue Services received 42 inquiries about floodings in private homes, according to Aftenposten.
Norwegian Meteorological Institute, on the other hand, warned that the heavy rains will continue throughout the week from Wednesday night.
