Lippestad reminded that Norway has not life imprisonment and it is not clear whether he is sentenced to imprisonment or transferred for psychiatric care.
– But in both cases, he is going to go back to the community once again, says Lippestad in an interview with NRK.
This week, there has been debate about whether Breivik should be allowed to write and receive letters in prison. Lippestad also criticized the possibly of taking right from Breivik to write from his cell.
