Police attorney Paal-Fredrik Hjort Kraby expects that it will be a long process even tough Breivik is said to be talkative. The experts will still make their evaluation, whether he talks to them or not, explains Kraby to NRK.
The conclusion of the evoltuion is expected to be ready by 1 November.
