Houda Thai Thai is one of those Muslim Norwegians who have opened their house for the non- Muslim Norwegians after the terrorist attacks in Oslo and Utøya.
– We need to talk to each other. We need to listen to each other, says Thai Thai to NRK. Thai Thais's son Daaod Maach also notes he feel they are more connected now. Thais's brother Adil Rahman agrees and adds: – We are not talking any more about them or us. We have unity, and I think that's very touching.
About Teatime
Tea Time is a campaign in which Norwegian Muslims invite non-Muslims to their home for tea just to get a little better known. The only thing anyone who invites have in common is a Muslim background, and a desire to view a larger picture of Norwegian Muslims than the image in the media. tHe campaign started in January 2011 and it is expected to be prolonged till the end of 2012.
