Every year 15 000 people are injured for life because of wrong treatment and the failures of the Norwegian health system according to a report prepared for the Ministry of Health. The report also assumes that 2,000 people die each year – or five people every single day due to the same reason. The estimate was made by doctors big Peter F. Hjort and is the only metric in Norway.
