The diversity award will be given to a project that has excelled in terms of ethnic diversity in the workplace for the fifth time. Nomination of candidates for the award begins in late October on www.imdi.no.
The prize is awarded for the fifth time to a business that has excelled in terms of ethnic diversity in the workplace. Diversity Award is awarded by the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs in collaboration with the social partners. Integration and Diversity (IMDi) is the secretariat for the price, and the jury consists of representatives of the social partners, the Contact Committee for Immigrants and the Authorities (KIM) and NAV.
The jury will decide on the winner based on several criteria, including the anchoring of diversity work in the business, percentage of ethnic minorities and recruitment.
