Norwegians are less concerned about Climate Change

On September 26, 2009, World Wide Views on Global Warming (WWViews) organized the first-ever, globe-encompassing democratic deliberation in world history. People from 38 countries all over the world to define their positions on issue central to the UN Climate Change negotiations, which take place in Copenhagen from December 7 to 18, 2009.

Norway was one of those 38 countries headed by Norwegian Board of Technology Director Tore Tennøe. According to the opinion survey conducted in this frame,

Only 46 percent of Norwegian participants expressed that they are very concerned about climate change. Additionally, 39 percent of them said they are quite worried. In comparison, 96 percent of the participants from Bangladesh and 74 percent of Americans said they are very concerned about climate change.
