McDonald’s is Sued in Norway for Selling Cheap Burger

According to Dagens Næringsliv, three of franchisees have taken legal action against McDonald’s Norway claiming over 20 million NOK in compensation. The case will be processed at Oslo District Court later in October.

The franchisees are angry partly because they have had to sell cheese burgers with losses. Each of the chains had to sell 10 NOK cheeseburger to compete with mcDonalds. According to the court documents the burger cost them between 1,10 and 1,49 NOK respectively, writes NTB.
