Evry Lays Off 500 Employees in Norway and Sweden

In addition to reducing the workforce, the company takes several other measures to reduce costs. Consultant usage and general administrative expenses are decreased.

– The first important step is to adjust the cost of revenue and growth. In addition, we must implement measures to simplify internal processes and makes the company even more flexible and customer-oriented, says Ivroth.

Evry has around 10,000 employees and an annual turnover of nearly 13 billion NOK. The company has operational responsibility for many of internet banks in Norway.
