According to SSB’s report, the house prices fell by 0.9 percent compared to last two year’s December. However on average, house prices has increased by 4.9 percent in one year.
EFF expects a moderate decline in 2014.
– After a strong rise in house prices in the first quarter of 2013, prices had a negative trend, says EFF director Christian Vammervold Dreyer.
Despite this decline in December, he said the market performed better than expected last year’s last month.
