December is usually a month when prices fall compared to the previous months. But in last December, price change was as high as in November, according to the new figures from the real estate industry.
House prices rose on average by 7.7 percent in 2012 compared to the year before, while square meter prices were 8.8 percent higher in the end of 2012 compared with December 2011.
On average, the prices of apartments have risen by 10.2 percent, while prices of detached houses have increased by 6.4 per cent. Property brokers expect the inflation in housing market will continue in 2013. Prediction from the real estate industry is an additional increase up to 7 percent for this year.
