Agreement reached between Norway and EU fisheries for 2012

A fisheries Agreement between Norway and the EU for the next year was signed. The agreement regulates quota levels for common stocks next year, and controls cooperation and exchange of reciprocal fishing in each other's waters. 
Among other things, the parties agreed to establish management plans for herring, pollock, haddock and cod in the North Sea.
