In October, an impressive 1 961 021 passengers travelled via Oslo Airport, setting a new record for the month. This is 140 359, or 7.7% more than in October 2010. The number of passengers on international flights grew by 56 169 or 6.0%. Domestic passengers increased by 84 190 or 9.5% to 967 041, which is the highest recorded number of passengers on domestic flights in any month since OSL opened in 1998.
The number of aircraft movements in October was 20 534, which is 750 or 3.8 % more than in October of last year.
