Discrepancies in the electricity bill is up to several thousand NOK and is due to typing error.
On its website, Hafslund announced that the error has affected both private and business customers. The paid invoices in question will be deducted from the next bill, depending whether the amount paid is high or low.
For regular consumers, the difference is estimated to be 100 NOK, while the amount for business customers is up to several thousands NOK. The customers in question will soon receive a corrected invoice.
