Detached houses prices has increased by 3.6 percent from 1 to 2 quarter of 2011, while prices of flats and row houses has increased by respectively 2.0 and 1.7 percent.
Housing in South Eastern Norway and Trøndelag had the highest inflation in the last quarter, with respectively 5.1 and 8.8 percent increase.
