Swedes seek career in Norway
– What we have seen in recent years is that many Swedes have a longer perspective on working in Norway. We still face the more stereotypical Swedish seasonal worker, but more and more comes to build careers, we see it in several industries, "said Anne-Stine Talseth, Head of Adecco to E24.
Talseth also suggested that Norway still needs for foreign labor and the Swedes are considered to be good at work. Thor Bendik Weider, Executive Director of Manpower, confirmed talseth stating that Swedes are favored as workers among customers.
– We have high demand from Swedish people who come to us to work," Weider told to E24.
