Norwegian News Agency, NTB reported that Norwegian agricultural cooperative Nortura is struggling with economic problems and preparing to fire 500 workers.
A week ago, three slaughterhouses belonging to the group closed and more than 200 people lost their job. It is also speculated that 300 more people will be fired due to the financial difficulties.
