The minister of environment and development, Erik Solheim and the minister of children and equality, Anniken Huitfeldt announced a new service that makes sending money abroad cheaper, faster and safer.
Many people today pay high fees to send money from Norway to abroad. Through the function “Sending money home” (SPH) at finansportalen.no, the user can now compare the different services and prices to transfer money. This is especially important for the immigrant groups in Norway who send money to the families and relatives abroad each year.
As the only Norwegian site finansportalen.no will offer a complete, neutral and independent overview of the rates within bank, savings and insurance – and eventually also the new SPH-function.
