He criticizes the public debate about that Breivik was alone in his action, but Støre notes that there are many who have the same attitudes with Breivik.
– It does not mean that those who have the attitudes are ready to commit violence in that way, but it reminds us that there is something we need to do within democratic framework.
He also points out online comments and actions should not be simply dismissed.
