KrF Top Politicians Against FrP Coalition

Several top KrF officers recommend the party leader Knut Arild Hareide to refuse to join in the new coalition government with FRP , writes newspaper VG.

One of the important reasons is FrP leader Siv Jensen and the party management’s controversial immigration statements.

The debate was triggered by statements of FrP top politician Christian Tybring-Gjedde. He  re-used of the word ’sneaky Islamization’ in an inerview with Norwegian daily Aftenposten.

In an internal meeting, central Christian Democratic Party politicians pointed out that the Progress Party leader Siv Jensen has failed to denounce such statements, and intensified the turmoil of what might happen in a four party government under Erna Solberg management.
