On Tuesday morning, the four bourgeois parties had their first meeting to plan a new blue government.
Incoming Prime Minister Erna Solberg confirmed the meeting during the party’s press conference in Oslo.
– We had a meeting point between the four parties. The meeting just ended. We have agreed that we should consult to our party committees to see if it is possible for anyone to form a government with all four parties, says Solberg.
She says it will take some time for the four parties to agree on a common political platform.
First Change in State Budget
She promised that the Conservatives are going to change the current socialist coalition’s budget to be presented on 14 October.
– We will make changes in the state budget for 2014, but we are going to see the state budget before we say what we should change, said Solberg.
