According to the poll by TNS Gallup which was made for TV 2, the Norwegian women would secure the coalition government’s majority in the parliament, if they were alone to decide. Labor Party is the largest party among women with a support of 35.9 percent. The other coalition members, Center Party (Sp) and Socialist Left Party (SV) receives respectively 5.5 percent and 5.4 percent.
On the other hand, Conservatives (Høyre) would be the largest party with 31.2 percent support and another right wing party FrP would receive 19.5 percent, if the men were alone to decide. Among women, Conservatives have 27.7 percent support, while the Progress Party only gets 10.5 percent.
