Lambrinidis come to Norway to condolence in connection with the terrorist attacks of 22 July. Foreign Ministers will also have discussions on, among other things, the situation in the Middle East, with particular focus on Libya and Syria, the financial situation in Euro zone and other bilateral issues such as EEA Financial Mechanism.
