Terms and Conditions of Subscription to The Nordic Page Norway
1. General Conditions
1.1. You hereby approve that all the information entered in subscription form is correct.
1.2. You will be charged with the amount chosen at the subscription form (Norway: 199 NOK for 6months and 299 NOK for one year, Abroad:399 NOK for one year). (39 kr will be added if you want the invoice by regular mail).
1.3. Your subscription will be automatically renewed after the chosen subscription period unless you unsubscribe by contacting The Nordic Page before renewal.
1.4. You are responsible for any delivery problems caused by falsely or uncompletly provided information in the subscription form.
2. Payment
2.1 You can pay for your subscription on a fixed term basis (6 months or 1 year). On commencement of your subscription, you will be sent invoices.(The minimum subscription period is 6 months.)
2.2 If an error is made by The Nordic Page or your Bank, you are guaranteed a full and immediate refund from your branch of the amount paid.
3. Money-back Guarantee and Cancellation
If you are not completely satisfied, you may cancel your subscription (having chosen any method of payment) at any time during the first month by contacting The Nordic Page and we will give you a full refund, otherwise a minimum subscription period of 6 months applies.
4. Acquisition offer terms and conditions:
Each acquisition offer is only valid until the date printed on each offer. Each offer is subject to availability and may be changed at any time. Acquisition offers are not valid for existing subscribers.
5. Privacy Protection:
5.1 The subscriber information such as name and e-mail address and postal address or telephone number is used to contact you regarding your subscription and service.
5.2 We verify all your privacy data is protected and not revealed to third parties.
