KrF Thinks Norway Must Have Christian Values
Confession clause requires the ones who want to be member of the party to profess the Christian faith/KrF

Christian Democratic Party (KrF) politician Knut Arild Hareide suggested it is more important than ever to preserve Christian heritage in Norway. Commenting on Drammen municipality's decision to have a religion-neutral community, Hareida said his party will fight against this attitude.

- In an increasingly diverse society, one can be tempted to believe that the most suitable option for Norway is a society characterized by religious and value neutrality. It is a fallacy, says Knut Arild Hareide.

KrF politican also added saying, "Especially in the face of new cultures, it is important to know our own history and culture. A society that has room for religion in public life is a richer society.”
