The Progress Party (FrP) believes psychotic perpetrators should be punished for their actions. The party proposes changes in criminal law.
“We have a new assessment of the balance between compulsory mental health care, detention and punishment. The culprit must be punished and held accountable for their actions and also receive medical and psychiatric follow-up,” says the Progress Party's justice policy spokesman Per Sandberg.
