According to TV2's report, the report, which was prepared by the psychiatrists Agnar Aspaas and Terje Tørrissen, concludes that Breivik is sane. The commision will evaluate the report on Monday.

But many think that the second report has been already approved. So far, only the first report has been approved. This first report, prepared by Torgeir Husby and Synne Sørheim suggests that Breivik is irresponsible.
