According to NTB's report, Sweden additionally will construct 100 km three-lane road with median barriers this year, and Norway will only build 17 km.

State Secretary Lars Erik Barnes (Q), said on behalf of Transport Minister Magnhild Meltveit (Q) that the numbers do not reflect the real trend, and it is much more expensive to build roads in Norway than in Sweden.
