The center will lead and coordinate efforts to develop good ways of working, teaching and assessment of writing skills. The center will contribute to information and dissemination of experience from research, trials and development projects within their field of study.


National Center for writing and write research (Writing Center) is a center for the stimulation and training in writing in kindergarten, primary and secondary schools, adult education and teacher training in Norway. The Center’s primary mission is to lead and coordinate efforts of development of working methods, teaching and assessment to improve writing skills in basic education.
