Many of us threw ourselves out to enjoy the shining spring sun and heat in Norway this weekend. But the experts warn about the increased UV radiation level all over the country.

Photo by Heb/ Ultraviolet radiation comes naturally from the sun. UV radiation can damage skin and eyes in both the short and long term.
In the weekend, UV radiation is expected to be between moderate and strong from Trøndelag and the south of Norway. So, the experts warn about taking necessary precautions to be protected from the harmful effect of the sun.

How should you behave under the sun
