Why English: What Is the Background of This Project?

Beyond the common sense that most of the Scandinavians speak English well, the increasing multiculturalism in Norway boosts English usage more than ever. An increasing proportion of the international community living in the country communicate in English. As the more people are continuously attracted as a result of the region’s educational, industrial and business facilities, the growing of this English speaking community increases year by year.
